The Melkite Catholic Eparchy of Australia & New Zealand ensures that all information provided in each survey is kept private and confidential. We understand that you may be concerned about the confidentiality and security of the personal information we collect from you on-line. Accordingly, we have physical and logical security systems in place to ensure our on-line dealings with you are as secure and confidential as your dealings with us in person, or on the telephone. For the purpose of analysis and collating results, access to the survey data is strictly controlled to the authorised personnel only. Please note that you need to provide your true personal details on the registration page, to obtain an authorization code via email (Please check your Junk folder to see if the code have been mistakenly placed there). Once you receive the authorization code, your name is no longer identified in your survey. In addition the preparation committee will need to contact each individual user via phone, to validate the identity of each user. The preparation committee may also choose to send you an email regarding spiritual activities held within the Melkite Catholic Eparchy.
